Apollo Engineering is the group responsible for the events that took place in The Isle's lore. Their facilities are located on three islands, Tartarus, and Gateway. They cloned dinosaurs and placed profiles, human consciousnesses, inside them to better control them. They also created strains such as the Hypoendocrin, Tissoplastic, and Neurotenic strains. They were "fighting" with Phoenix Corp over assets, and aquired the Hypo Rex, Magna Rex, and Quetz assets during Operation Inferno.

According to this console interaction, Gateway is in between Islands 1 and 2. It is most likely locked due to the islands being in red condition. Atrium C is most likely located on Islands 1 or 2 due to it being damaged during Operation: Inferno. Since Gateway is locked, completed profiles cannot be redistributed to Tartaurus or other profiles upon replication.
